    Opportunities at Cork International Film Festival


    CORK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL – WE’RE HIRING !

    September 2024

    Cork International Film Festival is a local, national and international celebration of cinema, running each year in Cork City in November. 

    The 69th edition is taking place from from Thursday 7th to Sunday 17th November 2024 in Cork City, County and nationwide online, showcasing the latest and best Irish and international features, documentary, short films, industry days, special events and digital programme.

    We are now recruiting for seasonal roles to deliver another successful Festival.

    VENUE MANAGERS (2 weeks Nov)

    Application Deadline: Sunday 15th September

    Overview
    Responsible for the smooth running of Festival venues, managing a team of volunteer Front of House staff, and liaising with the production and marketing teams to ensure the timely and smooth running of a busy screening schedule, whilst maintaining an excellent customer service to festival guests and audiences.

     

    BOX OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF (2 weeks Nov)

    Application Deadline: Sunday 15th September

    Overview
    The Festival requires Box Office and Customer Services staff to work pre-and during the festival in a busy multi-site environment to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a high level of customer service. Knowledge of Eventive an advantage.
