MARKETING OFFICER (4 months 15th Aug- 2nd Dec)

Overview
The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing & Development Assistant to implement the 2022 Festival marketing and digital strategy.
Duties will include supporting the CIFF marketing team with: social media and newsletter campaign planning, execution and reporting; social media content creation (photography, copywriting, videography); proofing and publication of the Festival brochure; updating and maintaining the Festival website; producing marketing and promotional collateral; targeted email campaigns; ad hoc marketing & development tasks, and working in collaboration with all departments.The ideal candidate will be organised with excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of adhering to tight deadlines and comfortable working within a small Festival team. They should have experience working with social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling platforms (e.g. Later.com), e-newsletter platforms (Mailchimp ideally) and website CMS. An interest in film and the arts is desirable.
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Overview
The Customer Service Manager will work in close collaboration with the Box Office Manager to oversee a busy multi-site and online Box Office operation, supervising the customer service and sales team, ensuring a high standard of customer care. The Customer Service Manager will be in charge of training all customer service staff, and escalate calls when necessary.
Human resource management and customer support experience required; knowledge of Eventive and soft-phone systems is desirable.
EVENTS COORDINATOR (Flexible – Part-time Sept-Oct, Full Time 1 – 20 Nov)

Overview
The Events Coordinator will work with the Marketing & Communications Manager, Guest Services Manager, and productions Manager in the overall organisation and implementation of numerous Festival events. This position focuses on overseeing event set-up, serving as onsite contact at events, administrative and other duties. Previous experience within the hospitality/events sector is required.
GUEST & EVENTS ASSISTANT (5 weeks Oct-Nov)

Overview
To assist the Guest Services Manager in supporting guest services and event delivery for the Festival, assisting with the smooth running of guest bookings, logistics, etc., alongside assisting with the smooth delivery of a variety of events e.g. talks, panels, workshops, exhibitions, etc. Previous experience within the hospitality and/or events sector desired.
VENUE MANAGERS (1-2 weeks Nov)

Overview
Responsible for the smooth running of Festival venues, managing a team of volunteer Front of House staff, and liaising with the production and marketing teams to ensure the timely and smooth running of a busy screening schedule, whilst maintaining an excellent customer service to festival guests and audiences.
BOX OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF (4 weeks Oct-Nov)

Overview
The Festival requires Box Office and Customer Services staff to work pre-and during the festival in a busy multi-site environment to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a high level of customer service. Knowledge of Eventive an advantage.
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (4 weeks Oct-Nov)

Overview
The Production Assistant will assist the Production Manager in the physical and logistical delivery of the Festival, including scheduling, event management, and liaising with venues and volunteers.
